This guarantee does NOT cover breakage. 

These files are made from FLOAT GLASS, and have been thoroughly tested for usage, but again, these files are made from glass, so please handle them with care, and try to avoid any droppage of our products.

If you feel that your product has worn out, simply send us an email and we will make arrangments to send out a new file for replacement, although we highly doubt that this will happen.
